My Favorites
Want some inspiration? Here are a few of my favorite spots!
I’ll head back as soon as I can,
but I hope you’ll beat me there.
-
Hawaii - Oahu, Mauai, Kauai, Big Island
Hawaii might be my favorite place on earth. But ask me to pick a favorite island and I just can't. Dream trips that took some saving and planning, but worth every penny! Aloha!
-
Pacific Northwest - Oregon Coast, Washington State
I can't wait to go back. Everywhere you look is a stunning view! Mountains, beaches, forests, rivers... a nature lover's paradise. (And OH MY-- the food!)
-
Poland - Krakow, Auschwitz
Perhaps the most powerful, moving trip of my life. Krakow is charming and beautiful, and the lessons of Auschwitz and traveling with a survivor will stay with me forever.
-
New York City - Broadway, Times Square, Central Park
Start spreading the news- the city that never sleeps can be more affordable than you think! I can’t get enough of it; there are always so many more things to explore.
-
Maine - Acadia National Park, Portland, Bar Harbor
Rocks, trees, water! Lobster, oyster, whales! I’m convinced Maine is one of the pretties parts of the U.S. A week in in Maine will give you all the feels.
-
Greece - Athens, Santorini
The ancient history, the incredible food, and the blue and white magic with caldera views in Santorini all had me shouting, "Opa!"
-
England - London, Bath, Cornwall
Each part of England that I’ve explored is so unique. Mind the Gap as you explore the city; roam the breathtaking shores; visit ancient baths, and enjoy a pint with your bangers and mash!
-
Florida Panhandle - Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Alligator Point
Time by the water is so good for my soul. I can never get enough of the waves. There are so many spots on the coast for your perfect getaway.
-
Midwest - Chicago, Louisville, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Indianapolis
There is so much to explore and enjoy in the midwest, from Lincoln's stomping grounds to wineries and distilleries to world-class museums.
-
Spain - Madrid, Salamanca
Can't get enough of the architecture, history, cathedrals, plazas, siestas, the abundance of ham, and, of course, the churros con chocolate.
-
Wisconsin - Door County, Madison, Milwaukee
I've never seen such beautiful sunsets as in Wisconsin! Throw in a some cheese curds and the Fonz and you are all set!
-
Ireland - Dublin, Cliffs of Moher, Galway
The accents... the sheep... the hills... the green... Ireland is truly magical. It would be a great destination for your first international adventure!
